STANDARD SHIPPING – FREE!

Our Standard Shipping service is FREE Australia-wide no matter how large or small your package, too easy!

  • Handy Auspost tracking notifications via email or SMS
  • All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via the AusPost eParcel service
  • Orders placed before 1pm Mon to Fri (AEDT) are dispatched same day
  • Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday
  • Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
  • Please allow 3-8 days delivery time depending on your location within Australia
  • Up to 2 weeks delivery time for Northern Territory and non-Metro Western Australia customers
  • Please visit the AusPost website for detailed delivery times, enter our postcode of 2164 followed by your postcode

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • For next business day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm (AEDT) within the Metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide
  • For the rest of Australia (excluding WA & NT), orders will arrive within 2 business days
  • Western Australia and Northern Territory Customers - Please allow more time for delivery if you are located outside the Australia Post National Express Network
  • For shipments to Perth, the Australia Post Express Network only covers the postcodes 6000-6005 and 6800-6899. For more details, click here.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPMENTS

New Zealand orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days via our super-fast courier service.

Pricing - $19.95 Shipment up to 5kg / $39.95 5kg to 10kg / $74.95 Over 10kg

  • All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Direct Link
  • Delivery within 3 to 5 business days
  • Tracking commences once the parcel enters the local NZ delivery stream

New Zealand Customs and Duty fees

Orders which are equivalent to NZ$200 may incur GST, customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service. Once the shipment reaches its destination port, the custom charges and duties must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider. Way Out Wonder is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties. Customs charges and duties are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

There are limited times when only the duty and GST can be refunded to you by the NZ Customs Service. Please find out more here.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days via our very reliable Express Courier International service. Tracking and Signature availability varies from country to country. Please allow ample time for delivery if you are an international customer.

Pricing - $49.95 Shipment up to 5kg / $99.95 5kg to 10kg / $199.95 Over 10kg

Please also be aware that International orders may be subject to local charges.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination port. These charges are the sole-responsibility of the recipient, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it. Way Out Wonder is not responsible for these charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

If you have any questions related to customs charges, we advise you to contact your local customs office or to get an estimate of import duties which may be payable for international orders check out Import Calculator.

From the time your order is dispatched, please allow 3-8 business days delivery time for standard shipping or 1-2 business days for express shipping (depending on your location within Australia).

If you chose to have your order sent via express shipping, a signature will be required upon delivery; as this is a tracked service.

We use Australia Post to ship all domestic orders.

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also log in to your account on the website, click 'my account' and then click on the 'orders' tab to see the status of all of your orders.

Returns

When you’re happy, we’re happy, so we’ve created a returns policy that shares the love. You get a whopping 100 days to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Just ensure the product comes back to us the way it arrived to you – new and unmarked (unused and in the original packaging). Happy days! You can find our full returns policy here

To lodge a return, please contact us by phone or email and explain your reason for the return and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs for both domestic and international returns, as well as any customs or import duties. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns. These delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, including any customs or import duties. As Way Out Wonder is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we strongly recommend that you use registered mail for any ‘change of mind’ returns. You can find our full returns policy here

We will issue your refund as soon as we have received and inspected the goods, this usually takes us no longer than 7 business days. However be aware that depending on the method of payment and your financial institution, they may delay this another 2-3 days. It is always a good idea to check directly with your payment provider. My Order

Orders placed before 1pm (UTC +11) Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. For any orders placed over the weekend, these will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. Please contact us by live chat, email or over the phone if you wish to cancel your order.

If a product is offered for pre-order, a release date will be shown on the product page. Sometimes a product release date will change; if you have placed a pre-order and the release date changes, we will email you the new release date.

There are no invoices included with our shipments, we will include a dispatch note which does not show any pricing information.
